Stuart Jet Center encourages all pilots to please follow Noise Abatement Procedures
At the December 2, 2003 Martin County Board of County Commissioner's Meeting, the Commissioners voted unanimously to expand the Martin County Airport Voluntary Noise Abatement Procedures to include a voluntary nighttime curfew for all aircraft to include all prop aircraft, helicopters, and Stage I, II, and III jet aircraft. The only exception to this voluntary curfew is Air Ambulance, Rescue Aircraft, and Aircraft of the United States Government, for which there is no nighttime curfew.
